Mission - Intensive Leadership Training

Mission Possible: preparation for the new task

Leaders need new skills and knowledge to overcome new tasks. This intensive training spanning over a one month period prepares participants for an improved performance in three training modules. Trainers can track participants’ development from week to week, analysing their performance and the members of the training-team work individually as well as in groups stimulating eachother.

Participants are confronted with numerous tasks and problems to be solved in a short time span, they try many leadership situations and can gain valuable experiences and feedback. The language of the training is English therefore participants’ language competencies and communication skills will develop intensively, too.
