Managing Negotiations

Negotiations with strategy


Has it ever happened to you that you failed to to represent your interest or you often found yourself in a defensive position? You missed the vocabulary to handle situations moderately and argue?

If the answer is yes, take this opportunity to widen your toolkit and practice negotiation skills to achieve more attractive solutions.

During the training you learn to analise your own position and identify the interests and preferences of your negotiating partner. Build your strategy and learn to react more effectively to arguments and needs.

  • mutual respect of negotiating parties
  • adapting to different negotiating styles
  • the importance of personal contacts/relations
  • techniques of arguing and persuasion
  • setting goals and building strategy

Everyone who finds it important to state their point of view convincingly during a negotiation and reach effecive deals/agreements/contracts
